Health & Safety Is Our Priority
NSI put safety considerations at the forefront of the way we run our projects. Of course our aim is to deliver your project on budget and on time, but of absolutely equal importance is that it should be delivered with no injuries or health and safety incidents.
We are fully conversant with the latest CDM Regulations, have expertise in Building Control and are Safe Contractor and Construction Line accredited. Our team is qualified, experienced and motivated and all project managers have SMSTS or NEBOSH certification.
SEMA Industry Standards
NSI are a proud SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association) Approved Member – Advanced level and have sat on their Distributor Group committee since its inception. SEMA is the sole UK authority on design standards and installation codes of practice for storage equipment.
We are audited to the top “Highly Commended” status in the SEMA Audit and employ UK SARI Inspectors. Our aim is to operate at the very top of our industry by helping to raise industry standards.
NSI ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 Certification
In today’s competitive business environment, NSI Projects continually strive to demonstrate our commitment to quality, environmental sustainability, and occupational health and safety. Achieving ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications is a significant step towards meeting these objectives.

Partnering with industry leading manufacturers
NSI has partnered with many of the leading manufacturers for solar panels, storage systems, automation, mezzanine platforms and interiors. Our status and size enables us to buy the best solution from the best supplier and our experience enables us to integrate multiple products within your premises.

Environmental policy
NSI Projects fully accepts its environmental responsibilities and recognises its obligation to contribute to the resolution of global and local environmental issues by reducing its environmental impacts and by taking a leading role in promoting environmental good practice.
We are committed to being guided by the following principles:
- The practice of responsible energy management through reduced consumption and the encouragement of energy efficiency throughout the premises.
- The choice of products and suppliers which minimise negative environmental impacts subject to necessary budgetary constraints.
- The minimisation of waste by reduced consumption and the development of effective waste management procedures.
- The avoidance of the unnecessary use of hazardous materials and processes, and the taking of all reasonable steps to prevent damage to either public or ecological health where such materials are in essential use.
